What this notice covers
Everything published on silverguard.ai is covered by this notice unless a page or a file says otherwise: the pages themselves and the files that make them.
- Written content — page copy, articles, product descriptions, FAQs and notes.
- Design and layout — the templates, navigation, colour, type and spacing that give the site its form.
- Illustrations and diagrams.
- Photography.
- Screenshots and recordings of the platform and of each product.
- Video and audio.
- The demonstration figures on the public impact dashboard, and the sample data shown in the product screens.
- The site's own code — the source that renders these pages, in the form it is delivered to a browser.
The compilation is covered too. The selection, ordering and arrangement of all of the above is a protected work in its own right, separate from the individual pieces.
Trade marks
SilverGuard is a trade mark of SilverGuard Technologies Limited. The product names Steadicore, Sanospark, Legaris and Easikin are used by the company, with the logos and wordmarks that go with them.
- SilverGuard, the SilverGuard name and the SilverGuard logo.
- Steadicore, Sanospark, Legaris and Easikin, and each product's logo, icon and wordmark.
No logo or product mark may be used without written permission, including in a way that suggests an article, a review or a listing is ours.
Partner and programme logos on this site stay the property of the organisations they belong to. They appear here to identify a relationship, a programme or a recognition, and their presence implies nothing beyond that: not an endorsement of your use, not a partnership with you, and not a certification of any product or service.
What you may do
You do not need to ask us for any of the following.
- Read the site, and link to any page, including from your own site, a message or a reading list.
- Quote a short passage — a sentence or two — with attribution and a link back to the page it came from.
- Print a page, or save one copy, for personal and non-commercial reference.
- Use a short extract in teaching, or in reporting, with attribution and a link back.
What you may not do
Everything else needs written permission from us. In particular, you may not:
- Republish a substantial part of a page, or a whole section, on another site or in another publication.
- Use the content commercially — in a product, an advertisement, a paid course, a pitch or a tender response.
- Modify the content or build a derivative work from it, including a translation you publish without permission.
- Remove a copyright, trade mark or attribution notice.
- Copy the photography, the illustrations or the diagrams into your own material.
- Harvest the site at scale with crawlers, scrapers or other automated collection — content, contact details or anything else.
- Indexing, quoting and short citation by crawlers and AI assistants stay welcome, but reproducing our photography, illustrations, diagrams or app screenshots at scale, or building a competing dataset from them, needs our written permission.
- Imply that we endorse you, partner with you, or certify your product, service or organisation.
Third-party material and open source
Parts of this site are built on work that other people own.
- The site runs on open-source software, typefaces and icons, each under its own licence.
- Some images, logos and quotations belong to third parties and stay their property.
This notice does not override those licences. Where a licence gives you a right — to reuse an open-source component, or a typeface under its own terms — that right stands. Where a licence is stricter than this notice, the licence governs.
What you send us
Messages, form entries, testimonial quotes and feedback that you send us stay yours.
By sending them, you allow us to publish, quote and reproduce them — on this site, in a proposal, or in a deck — with the name and organisation you attach to them. You can ask us to stop at any time, and we will take the material down from the pages we control.
Personal data that arrives with a message or a form is handled under the Privacy Policy, which sets out what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to ask for a copy or a deletion.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on this site reproduces your work without permission, write to hello@silverguard.ai with the subject line “Copyright notice”.
- The work you own, and what it is — an article, a photograph, a diagram, a recording.
- The URL of the page on silverguard.ai where it appears.
- Your name, your organisation, and a way to reach you.
- A statement that you own the work, or are authorised to act for the owner.
We acknowledge a complete notice within three business days. If the claim holds, we remove or replace the material and tell you what we did. If it does not — because we hold a licence, or the use is permitted — we explain why and restore the material. Where a takedown would remove live content, we may ask you to confirm your authority first.
Permission requests
For press use, a licence, a translation or commercial reuse, write to hello@silverguard.ai with the subject line “Permission request”.
- What you want to use, with the URL or the page title.
- Where it will appear, and in what form.
- Whether the use is commercial, and the audience you expect to reach.
- The date you need an answer by.
We reply within five business days. A permission we grant covers the use described in the request and nothing else, so a new placement needs a new request. Silence is not permission.
Governing law
This notice is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute about the use of content on this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
If a term of this notice is unenforceable where you are, the rest of the notice still applies.

Hong Kong aged-care tech watch
When a subsidy, a policy or a care-home rule changes, you get one clear note.
We read the HK policy papers, subsidy circulars and care-home notices, then send one short note when something actually changes: what changed, who it affects, and what to do next. No fixed schedule — if nothing moves, you hear nothing.
